is there a way to change hero's attack speed?

is there a way to change hero's attack speed? without WE... for some reason when i play single player bliz campaigns all the hero's attack speed dropped to slow

That's a bug, blizzard have said they will fix it in 1.14, that's all I know.

If you look under the gameplay constants in your map, the speed gained with each agility point has been set to 0. Change it to .01

i THINK the default was .01, but it might be .02
