I was curious... I was trying something, but wanted to know the practicality of it before I get in too deep. How laggy would Warcraft get if in a map, if there was a variable that was an array of 300? What about 15 variable arrays of 300? I have 2 different map types in my mod, one would have up to 350 units on the map... They would not be doing anything like fighting, but I am curious as to whether the game would run. The actual gameplay would only ever at most have 15 units on the visible screen at any time, and less than another 10 not in view. Would this game run, or do I need to find a new way to organize the stats? -Fiery |

I'm about 80% sure it wouldn't lagg the game at all. It would increase size a bit, but I don't think the map itself would lagg because your arrays are huge. They max out at 1024, do they not? Regards Dead-Inside |
