Is there a patch better then 1.13b?

I've tried downloading 1.13b but when I tried installing it, it said I am more up to date then that...

did you try to download the patch on the blizzard website ?

That most probably means your installation is messed up. Try uninstalling war3, and then reinstalling it. I had some errors with 1.13 (wouldn't patch propperly), and then I reinstalled it and it worked. :)

That is a proof that you patch was corrupted, uninstall the game without removing saved data / maps. and try the patch 1.13b again
