Help Is there anyway to deleat a post that I already made?

Is there anyway I can deleat a post or new thread I started. It seemed I made kind of a spaming in a way. I want to correct that and Deleat the Post that I mistakinly did again.

When i click the box taht says deleat post then click ok at the right. It said . Are you trying to deleat someone or modify their post and/or this is only admin right.

Please help... This will be my last post on the forum.

Well, you may have to report it to someone that can delete it for you.
