An interesting problem w/ Raise Dead

Logic
Hopefully this has a quick fix.

I created a trigger that turns on the auto casting of Raise Dead and I have some units with Raise Dead attack-moving from place to place. Meanwhile another trigger is creating corpses all over for them to raise.

Now this is the part I dont get. The units will raise skeletons all day long unless I go into,

Scenario,
Force Properties,
and turn on the "Fixed Player Settings" radio button.

Then the exact same units under the exact same condidtions won't Raise Dead. I further investigated the issue by setting the units to be under my control while testing. Even when they are standing right over a corpse and I physically cast Raise Dead it says: "There Are No usable Corpses Nearby".
