1: Im making my own armor types, like changes "normal" to "slashing" and "heavy armor" to "elven armor". Now when i make my own texts to them (i changed the different damage appliers) like "Slashing damage deal extra damage to elven armor, but reduced damage to "chainmail" armor, the text in game is only first line. The text i make is even SHORTER then some texts in normal warcraft (like unarmored). Why do warcraft shorten down my armor texts? 2: Im also making a elven warrior. He has a changed "spiked carapace" skilled called "shielding" who gives him an armor bonus only. Now i want him to use the "defend" animation all the time, so i added the animation names called "stand defend, attack defend, walk defend" to the list of animation names to the skill. He still uses the old ones. Anyway to make a unit look like defend without clicking on defend skill? (elven warrior HAS defend basically, so he got the animations) plz help! |

theres a bug. In war3 they use the , as there new line character in certain textboxes. Yes, use the add animation tag- defend. |

Ahh thx alot dude, so i can change / not change line by using ","? thxx! :D What is the exact animation names i shud add? Right now i have it like this: Skill = spiked carapace animation names: Stand defend, walk defend, attack defend art : casters: defend/magicdefence what animation names shud i use to make it work? its a passive skill so u dont really "use" it. plz help, anybody! |

nvm i made it into defend with altered stats and stuff, noticed the "defend" animations need slow movement speed to look good, and u cant have sucky mov 3ever. |
