this is my necron... soon to be in my avatar... The contest is to speed color- Not more than 30 minutes... I have cleaned it as best as I can... and have left it at the high resolution cause it is easier to color that way. 150 points to the one who can color this the best... Oh yeah... YOU DO NOT HAVE TO STICK TO THE TRADITIONAL NECRON COLOR SCHEME... and I didnt finish the lower legs and feet because they sucked... so just make a dust cloud. and... dont mind the distortion on the left arm... It seems my scanner is just hating me today... well, enough banter... now for the pic icbm1987 |

i'd love to get those 150 points and i'd probubly have a chance to win if i tried.... but i dunt got a tablet, i got a mouse, so coloring withing 30 mints would be... impossible... PLUS i got some pieces i have to finish for me job and the deadline is in two friggin days so i better get working on that >.< |

Its not impossible... it just wont look as good as a 7 hour piece... use the airbrush tool and about a 60 pt. brush... and use swatches to shade... just to get the general idea. I will extend the time to 1 hour... but that means you can't spend under 20 min on it... NO 5 SECOND COLORING JOBS... GOT IT DARTH BOB? icbm1987 |
