Editing Ingame-Strings

Hey, at last the first question i ecer wrote here, although i read the forums since the beginning =D

but im from germany and its late, so no m8 to ask is on =)

ok question:

where can i modify the strings, that are used ingame? An example would be:

u want to attack an unit that is too far away, and the game says "unit out of range"

the string "unit out of range" has to be somewhere, but which file is it? or is it modifiable directly in WE.

It can be edited in WE.
