Alright, I got a story that I want to make and it should be rather interesting. The ending is the best part of the story but it is something I will not reveal for non-spoiler purposes. It begins when a child hears a story from his brother at the begining. It is a legend about a sword, called The Sword of Darun. Darun is the land of the dragons, the sword controls drakes which is the reason of its name. After the brother tells the story which is of a person who participates in the first Tournament of Tarian which became an annual event in their town. As he participated and won he ended up going on a journey. In which an evil wizard took control of a portion of the Sword of Darun. He began assaulting the nearby villages so the winner of the tournament left to fight the wizard. After a long time of battling and many adventures including an encounter with many people he befriended he at last reached the wizard and with the help of his friends defeated him perminantly. But once he was defeated, no one knew that he actualy defeated the wizard. He told some people his tale and they beleived him only when the wizard returned and attacked again. This time though he had no problem defeating him and only took him a while. The people were amazed and they began holding a tournament every year for him since he soon after vanished. After he told him the legend they both went to bed. Once the older brother woke up he participated in the tournament himself and after a long range of strugling battles he was crowned champion. But after the tournament they had a celebration outside the colesium but some animals started changing into monsters and people started running away. He fought them off after a long time and he went to a nearby fortress to see if the monsters got anywhere else. But when he arrived there was a much larger amount of monsters there and the guards were barely holding them off. He helped them defeat the monsters but at that moment a large amount of drakes appeared and started attacking the village. The remaining people had no choice but to retreat. But the drakes being in this land meant only one thing. The sword was wielded once again and whoever activated it must be stopped. This rpg will be very diffrent. Open, with huge terrains, multiple endings, and forked paths to take. This is a very large project that will take cooperation and hard work. I need these positions: Terrainer: 2+me Triggerers: 2-3 Story Writers: 1 Idea People: 2 Modelers: 2 Skinners: 2 |

Well, I skipped more then half of the details but do you just want me to give away the ending? |

Multiple endings isn't the way to either. Just have a Sequel to it... |

With multiple endings it will be much more replayable. That way a player can work towards a diffrent way to finish and has more reason to try the map again. |

O, sumtin I forgot to add. This story will probably be totaly diffrent when I can get a story writer and I skipped more then 9/10 of the story trying to keep it short. And the reason the legend in the story is so worthles is because it has to do with the ending. Unfortunatly it totaly screws up the but trust me, when we make campaign, it will be ALOT more detailed. |

Let us remember what this thread was created for. I need a team of dedicated mappers. The main thing I look for is that the people can work in a team and will work on this to the full extent of their abilities. |
