Special request for model converter

please if you know of a program that can convert these models to warcraft that would be great.

That is not possible. You need to make them to another format.
Import them into 3d studio max or something and then export them after some modification using the ArtTools.

Then i need a importer for those files.

Convert it to another format then to another and another till you get it to the right format.

isn't Niff the file format for Freedom Force?
