Help with upgrade a hero to another

Hi , I would want to know how you upgrade a hero to another hero

example : warden lvl 10 becomes far seer lvl 1

help please

Event-
Einheit - A unit gain a lvl up
Condition
(Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Gleich Warden
(Hero level of (Triggering unit)) Gleich 10
Action
Einheit - Replace (Triggering unit) with a Farseer using New Unit: Standard - life and mana
Held - Set (Last replaced unit) Hero-level to 1, Verbergen level-up graphics

Maybe he doesnt understand if you dont write the trigger in english...

I think the reply is quite clear. It isn't hard to figure out what words the deutsch/german words has replaced.

Verbergen = hide
Held = hero
Einheit = unit
Gleich = equal to warden.
