Can I still install this AMAZING mod...

My Wc3 TFT is patched to 1.13 and I understand everything in the install thread but how would i patch my 1.13 down and then what... im confused PLZ help LOL :////

well,youll have to reinstall wc3 if you want to play 3.0-1
