how do i get my custom skin onto a model in the wc3 viewer? like if i made a skin of the shaman and i wanted to preview it in the wc3 viewer how would i get it onto the model?

From what i beleive, you cant. You must use WE.

you place the skin in the directory of what it is in game, under your warcraft 3 folder. Example:
the blood priest (which is textures\bloodpriest.blp)
you put that file under [whateverisbehindit]\Warcraft\Textures\
