Redscull's Spell Editor

I saw the screenie in the tools list but the link doesnt work and I can't seem to find any mirrors anywhere, does anybody have it lying around? Looked pretty sweet from the screenshot.

It's no longer compatible, so no one uses it.

I feel stupid because I can't figure out how to get spells into the map I'm working on, are there any dummy tutorials on how to get spells from the spell editor into the map editor? Do I need USWME? (or whatever its called)

The normal WE has in TFT a built-in spell editor. If you don't have TFT, you have to either buy it (it doesn't cost much, ~20$) or edit SLK files.
