Forest Troll Shaman

I made this troll skin for a campaign I'm working on. Please post what you think could be better and how to do it.

Looks really cool. Make his staff look more like wood. Add dents and stratches. Change the balls behind him. Can you change the thing over his face it blends too much with his shirt or whatever.. cloak.

I'll come up with an update later.
