Mods - Make a thread called suggestion box, works the same way as a regualr one, people type their suggestions in and mods read the thread at their leisure.
I am a official 'vB' and 'IPB' mod'ER and I have approached webmasters with many ideas and they always have a reason that it wouldn't work or why it unnecessary.
