Need help with a spell for my map:

I would like someone to make this spell for me, I can pay points for it, state your price, I will use it in a map of mine and you will be given credit for it:

The hero starts channeling, after 2 seconds, a chain lightning that only bounces 2 times flies out from him, hitting every enemy within range (About half a screen is enough). After 2 more seconds, everyone gets struck by a Frost Nova, and after 2 more seconds, the spell ends with the a big Fan of Knife targeting all units within the same range, but instead of using the Fan of Knife art, use the art from flamestrike.

Is it a Ultimate? Or do you want to have 3 levels?

2 Levels, requiring level 6/10, just base it off some channeling spell, and I can keep all level changes in that (CD, Mana cost etcetera).

I'll try, but I'm not guaranteeing I'll get a working one done.
