Import Model Error, I need Help

I imported some models i downloaded off this sight but when i used them in my map trying to make a custom unit it says cannot load
soandso.mdl (obviously not actullay soandso but whateva model i used)

Also how can i change my avatar

for the models u need the path of the model
for the avartar go to forum store and spend 5 points
get a avartar

paths are like units\humans\footman.mdx
somtiems models u get the right path but find a green checked box either start the/test the map and see if it worked or restart the editor

I dont get it

where is the forum store?

forums find the section FORUM STORE://// ://// :////

its hard to see, just click on [forum] at the top of the screen, and at the right look for Store, its highlighted in yellow
