everytime I try to fade in from totally black to visible the fade pops from black to visible during the blink of an eye. even if I use the trigger: -fade in over 2 seconds using white mask at 0,0,0 and 0% transparency- it just pops from black to visible. I noticed that several cins and cutscenes (among them The Vision) have the same effect. Fading out is no prob, but fading in does not work. Is there something wrong with the game handling fading in, or do I (among others) do a mistake in triggering this? |

A white fadefilter with no colors ??? Try setting the colors to 255,255,255 instead. |

but fading out wiht white at 0,0,0 and 0% works perfectly: slowly fading to a black screen. shouldn't it work then with fade in on the same settings? |

I tested this myself and found the same result. I think its only the white fade filter that does this though. when I tried a white fadeout over 12 secs I ended up with a fast 1 or 2 secs fadeout.. Strange indeed. Found out that the fadefilter Panda´nCub worked well anyway, could try to just repaint that one... |
