Since i have Windows 98 i cant use GMAX or 3dsMax unfortunately...Can anyone suggest a way where i can edit models? I have this great legolas skin for a highelfarcher and the only think i have to do is take the boobs off the archer. arrggg.... Can anyone take the boobs off the HighElfArcher.mdx and send it to my email address?? I'd reallie appreciate it... I'll also show you how the finished masterpiece will look like. lol I don't know if you already saw that link but owell. Anyways to make it easier on you I changed the file path so you dont have to mess with any of that all you do is import it and than go to unit editor and change to the imported model and the skin which I changed the file path in the .mdl so you dont have to mess with that either, but since it is still in .mdl format it will not show up in the editor but to change that just convert it back to .mdx with the converter program it's somewhere in the dls. if you have any problems with it just pm me. All the files are in the map and I took a look at the skin for it and its great someone actually took his face from the movie and put it in the skin. |

The tools work on win98 and win95 as well, so there must be something serious wrong with either you or your comp then (check the faq or help forums on discreet and figure out why you cant install. If you really want to use those tools then go find the problem) |

Dude i have win98 too i never had such a problem. Maybe you should try redownloading gmax? |
