I need help to animate!

ok, the gist is simple, i need somone to help me animate this model:
with the following anims:
Birth (Middle part rises from the ground, back part then follows, left side rises, right side rises, torch rises)
Stand (It just sits there while blue fire comes out of the Brazier)
Work (Door opens and ribbons of blue light come out. Fire on Brazier gets bigger)
Death (fire goes out, brazier slowly topples away from main building, edge pieces slowly topple into main building, then it explodes)

I know how to animate, what i dont know how to do is animate so it works in WCIII, any help is appricated!
