Well some of you may remember my samurai picture. Well I lost it. So here is a new one that I've whipped up. It's still WIP, so I'd like some critiques on it. It's still got the same basic pose as the other guy, and I fixed some stuff. I didn't finish shading it. I also figured out how to make my scanner work :D EDIT oh and if anyone can figure out what his blade is called, I'll give you a cookie. |

Well, the symbols on the sword translates to "big knife", but I think you're referring to Diakatana (<-not a fan) |

Good job! You get a cookie! In chinese that translates to big knife or big sword. Any comments/crits on the drawing though? |

nope, it means "big blade". the second word means knife but when used on a weapon it means sabre or something of that meaning. Daikatana is lame, the words they used for daikatana is not a special mark of the game so I dont think he is refering to that game(and the game sux anyway) |

It seems like the sword is a bit too small, and is the picture based on the Japanese type swordsmen? |

Hooray! that is a nice pic... and PIGMY MAN OF DOOM HAS RETURNED... You really got the proportions down well... the only thing that makes the head look to big is the beard... i think... icbm1987 |

Hehehe I love the pic but sword should bebigger. And the heads not to big he just has a small Chest and short arms. :) Great job. Right arm looks a little longer then left might be the perspective though. Its not longer by more then a hair. Umm the armpit area well under that spot looks a little flat makes his chest look more like armor. |
