How to make skins!

Hi i was wanting to know how to make skins! like wat program to use and stuff! thanx

But you need:

Any of these
Photoshop (Trail Version - Http://www.adobe.com)
Paint Shop Pro (Trail Version - Http://www.jasc.com)
Gimp (Freeware Image Editor - http://www.gimp.org/)
Or search on Http://www.download.com

You Also Need
Warcraft 3 Viewer

You should use one of the skinning tutorails here, And you can either buy PSP or whatever your using. Or look on the web for freeware Image editors, though they may not be as good.
