I've noticed several people asking questions about skinning in Photoshop: Elements, a program that costs around $90 instead of $600. Just to clarify things, skinning in Elements can be somewhat hard. You must pick colors already existing on your skin, or from a list of "pre-made" colors; there is no way (that I'm aware of) to get specific colors on the RBG scale. It is still possible, though. Another thing is that many of the filters and stuff have been removed. As for alpha channels, PS: Elements has no way of editing them. I hope that helps anyone who's wondering about skinning in Elements. |
