It works fine for me... goto edit post... then check the delete box and hit the delete button... goto the page your post is on (if multiple pages) and refresh... It will be gone. icbm1987 |

it doesnt work for me... never has on any form, not even vB's I was an admin on, I had to do it the admin way.. |

Non Admins can't delete their post if it is the first, as they are not permitted to delete topics. |

I don't know why it doesn't seem to "allow" people to delete their posts... I can do it with like 4 clicks of a button. |

I think mods / adims don't want whole threads deleted because the thread may seem garbage to you but you would be deleting what other people ahve said, and those things could be important. -Peace ez |

It will delete other people's posts and it may work to remove evidence. |

what kind of evidence? but it's nice to get an answer from an admin instead of speculating... and JaNa... sorry... I guess I took that the wrong way. icbm1987 |

Stooned told me that when I asked him (a long time ago when I wasn't a moderator) probably people may be spamming threads and deleting them before a moderator looks at them or something. And I am a moderator , not an admin |

Mods= They regulate a few paticular forums, and can stiky and generly delete things Admins= They rule the site, they can delete anything in any forum, they can also do things like change usernames(And probally profiles too) That clear it up good? |
