Showing text to a single person

How do I trigger this without causing a server split? :/

When unit enter this region,
Then show this and that text to owner of triggering unit,
turn off trigger

Something like that it ought to look like, right?

Game - Show message to (Convert Player to Player Group (Player1 ) "hello player 1!"
