Ctrl + Numpad = View or Nudge!? AHHHHH!!!

Whenever I use CTRL + Numpads to move the doodad (or without CTRL) it always just changes my view. Can anyone help? I'm Using UMWE 4.0. When I open the regular editor it does the same time. I'v tried reinstalling UMSWE 4 times already. NEED HELP URGENTLY! I'm sick of going through the menus while holding control!

Is your numlock on? It should be.
