This is not a tutoriul on anatomy or how to draw. I just wanted to make this process pic because I was bored, and could not sleep ~ . ~.

First i start of with blocky shapes, the rib cage, pelvis, arms etc etc...
I kind of wanted to do a simple pose. Dynamic poses gets a bit messy. For dynamic poses I u sally draw stickfigures. It's much faster but harder to fill in

Then i place the contour. Contour is bascically just the out line and no details. Before I use to draw section by section. Like work on the arm, then move on to the torso, and so on. Contour is better , because it's so much easier to erase and fix things. It sucks when you detail an arm for 15 min, and later relizing the poportions is all off.
I noticed her right boob ( our left) too close the outer ribcage. It looked kind of flat. I don't know it just looked wonky.

next stage ... details! woohoo!

Yay details! As you can see by the amount of details. I really don't like detailing/rendering. To me detailing is more like work than actully drawing, but thats just me 0_0.

I really suck with values, its like my weak point in art =/. I been trying to understand values for 5 months. I have a little bit understanding, but still struggling. Watch as i screw up my drawing! weeee!

Ok yah I throw in the greys or whatever midtones =/.

W00t i throw in the shadows. the difficult part about values is not actully coloring black and greys, but placing them in the correct spots.

O yah and edges =).

This is a bad shading job, but you get the general idea

jeb that just about covers my methods two... only i usually stop after detailing, i dont like to shade with pencils... after detailing i ink it and then either shade with ink or color in PS.

I just use plain 2hb pencils on copymachine paper lol. I have a sketch book with thick quality papers, but I mainly use those for Acrylics
I tried lead pencils before , but the lead kept getting stuck, and lead running out. Bah too much humbug.
