Banned from Irc?

am i bannd from IRC.wc3campaigns.com? ive been refused connection... if so does ne1 know why i am banned?

the server was down for 3 hours, so IRC nor the site were working, but it should all be fixed up now :)

na its not working it says "refused connection"
