warcraft image exracter "can open!"

When i try to open a image(Ctr-O) it wont work. I cant open a file so i can change it back to a .blp file. please helP!

PS- i cant save ether. I can olny save by selecting 2 at least.

other than blp files Image Extractor can only handle tga pictures so make sure the pic you want to open is a tga

You could also download Warcraft III Viewer which is the more up-to-date program
