first skin problems

hi there!

i recently downloaded a free painting program called CinePaint from the internet, and i wanted to test it out to see if i could use it for skinning. so i tested it out on the Demon Hunter. only it didnt turn out like i planned. in the game, juts pieces of him show up and i hav no idea wat happened. take a look at the picture below, and please tell me wat is wrong:bgrun:

here's wat the skin looks like in the CinePaint. if anyone knows wat is wrong, then please tell me:D. in the warcraft 3 image extractor, the preview turns up all greenish-yellowish. help me!!!

I dont know. i think its the alpha channels. Check if it has alpha channel support and tga plugins.

Chances are in my opinon that its the compression, warcraft (last i checked) requires 32-bit compression for tga, i don't know if your using JPEG/BMP cinepaint dosen't seem to be working for you, i'd reccomend Gimp. That only if you cannot 'acquire' photoshop.

i downloaded gimp, but i couldnt figure out how to insatll it... id run the install thing, but nothin would happen...:(
