is there any way of changing the water of a certain tileset? like lordaeron summer tileset with dungeon water type?

...if not is there any way to change the cliff tiles of a tileset?

you could swap the water blp files with mpq2k (importing a dungeon water blp into your map, over a lordaeron water one for example).
The cliff thing I haven't figured out yet, my topic on it is around here somewhere too.
