I USED to be able to make skins (which I did, a lot) but for some reason... I get a compression error now when I try to convert it to .blp. I've tried it on 24 and 16 bit uncompressed... but, it doesn't seem to work. Could someone help me please? |

All I can say: Get Warcraft 3 viewer. PSP 8 saves tga's strangely, or so I've heard. Image extractor doesn't like PSP 8 TGAs. Warcraft 3 viewer, can convert them. |
