Need Some Help With Editing A Model

Ok its very simple and i would like someone to help me do this. I wanna take the Grunt max file that came with War3 art tools and get rid of all stand animations besides the victory one. Could someone either tell me how to do this in max or just take 2 minutes and do it for me.

Why would you want to take out the stand animations? Sorry if I don't know what your trying to do, but it seems to me you could just loop the victory animation in-game.

Well its quite simple i want to make a unit that i can mass but i don't want them all standing there hogging up preformance while moving around.. I would much rather have them sit still when not moving in order to let me have more of them.

Any Help Please?
