History of Midleearth

Good Morning good afternoon and good evening, in the case I don't see you again.
� have made the decision to declare pubicly that I am making a LOTR scenario wich takes place in the 2nd Age of Middleearth. I should have a modified version of the Diplomacy Income system with new factors such as population, working force, trade and "industrial power". I also plan to include a tech-tree. The last version of my map was(!) ready for playtest but for I didn't like the geographical innacurracies wich were in the map I used. I have decided to make en brand new map of Middleearth reaching from Númenor to Khand and from the Northern Wastes to Umbar. There will be areas for Valinor and Khazad-Dum wich can be entered via teleport. At the Moment I am thinkin' whether shall make the whole game turn based or only the income system. If the whole game will be turnbased It probably takes a lot of time to realize it.
What I need at the moment are models and skins for LOTR:
Númenorean Infantry (See the starting battle of the first LOTR movie)
Noldor Infantry (also starting sequence of the first LOTR movie)
Noldor Archers (the same as above :P )
Númenorean Steelbow Archers (same as above :P)
Númenorean Knight (also the Númenoreans of the 2nd Age never realy had a heavy cavalry force I want to include it for my scn.)
Easterling Infantry (you can see them in the 2nd movie at the black gate)
Haradrim Warrior (2nd movie in Ithilien)
Mumakil (2nd movie)

For there will be many complicated things to do and I have no co-designer (no WCIII TFT player in my friends list can work with the World Editor :P) it can take much time to complete the scenario.

Umm, that dosnt look like Middle-Earth to me... unless ur talking about a different section of Middle-Earth.

That is because his game is based in the 2nd Age of Middle-Earth, not the 3rd age from whence you acquired that map. The political layout of Middle Earth during the 2nd age was different from the 3rd.

For example, Numenor, by the 3rd Age, didn't exist anymore. It had been splintered and was reformed as Gondor and Rohan, if I remember correctly.

But Middle-Earth didnt physicaly change, it just looks alot different. Im not talking about Kingdoms, just the map in General.

As I told before this are just early previews. coastlines are already drawn but most of the interior including rivers is not yet ready.
Some additional information about Númenor: Númenor was an hughe starshaped Island. After the sinking of Beleriand most of the Edain were lead to Númenor by Eärendil who apeared with his ship Vingiloth as a star on the Horizoon. Therefore Númenor is also called "The Land under the Star". It was a gift to the Edain and Elrond's Brother (Elros) became first king of Númenor. Ar-Pharazon was the last and most powerfull king of Númenor. His Might was so great that not even Sauron was able to withstand the Númenorean Empire militaryly. So he decided to go to Númenor as a "prisoner". But soon he corrupted the King and finaly when Pharazôn's death draw closer Sauron achieved make Pharazon building a great fleet "the great armament" (Greatest Military force the world has ever seen) which's purpose was to attack Valinor.
"... and they broke the ban of the Valar, and sailed into the forbidden seas, going up with war against the Deathless, to wrest from them everlasting life within the circles of the world." This caused the total destruction of Númenor. The ones who didn't want to go to war with the valar and were still friends of the elves were able to escape. These ones were Elendil and his sons Isildur and Anarion wo founded the Kingdoms of Arnor and Gondor.

PS Elendil, Isildur and Anarion are too descendands of Elros but they do not belong to direct line of the royal family, for they descended from Tar-Elendil's daughter who never became queen. Instead her younger brother was crowned. (This means Aragorn is something like an grandgrandgrand...nephew to Elrond ... :P)

Here I will Include the map I am using to create my TFT Middleearth map For I have found no map with Númenor included I decided to place it where it is normaly placed in the Broodwar TROP scenario and the FOTDL scenario. This means left bottom.
