Warhammer Dark Elf

Over the past few weeks, I have been looking over the units that Whitehorn had been making of Warhammer Elves. But I saw no Dark Elves, most likely because there are few units that can represent the Dark Elves very well. Nonetheless, I found it appropriate to make my own Dark Elf units for Warcraft. My first completed unit is the Black Guard Commander, using the Blood Elf Mage for the base model. This is my first almost complete free hand, and I'm fairly happy. Please tell me what to improve, be as easy or harsh as you wish.

I plan to get a better picture of the ingame shot, along with trying to find a decent halberd, as I can't make weaponry, later. I also plan to eventually make the spell breakers into normal Black Guard warriors, maybe make some harpies, convert some female unit into a Witch Elf, and maybe try my luck at a demon hunter to a Driach-Master (executioner commander) and maybe have a nice little scene set up when it's all said and done. Anyone how can suggest some other Warcraft units to convert into the Dark Elves from warhammer please say so.

word to that. I plan on giving it a try with the demon hunter, since he kind of resembles the Dark Elf Executioner unit commander. Maybe if I could get someone to make some Pauldrons to attach to his chest with a unit trigger it would work.

I really want to suggest othe rmodels to skin... but there's just nothing out there :(

The fel guard has poor proportions, you could try the succubus for a Witch Elf (I've done 2 similar skins), Gargoyle or Harpy as Harpy (they looked more like Gargoyles last edition), Thunder Lizards as Cold Ones? Orc Raider as Cold One Rider?
