Ok if you don't know what a bard is or you don't know what i think a bard is i'll briefly describe it, a bard is a class, a class that wields music as magic, as well as weapons. What i'm trying to do is create bard spells. 4 Total Spells with requirements: -Chant type (group, and they last for little, and must be kept recasting) -Only one can be "chanted at a time" *chanting (the bard autocasts a SINGLE spells, which is group, and the spell lasts for only a short peroid. Well how could i accomplish that? |

use channeling spells... They must be maintained or they end. |

Well if you base all the abilities off the same ability, then they share cooldown (I think, I know its that way for items...) so if you cast one of them, you have to wait the cooldown time before you can cast ANY of them again. Channeling spells have 1 problem, you can't MOVE while casting, where a bard CAN walk and sing at the same time UNLESS the bards singing a stronger "Spell". |

How can i set a spell at autocast as the spells will last 3 seconds if not casted? |

That doesnt work with abilities. Try it, they get all ****ed up and it will only cast one of them. Your best bet is things like channeling and maybe immolation.(possibly heal for a single target song) |

You know how they did it in Dota2? hmpph Could i set it up as a spell with channeling (1 second of legnth) that emits a allied buff? Better yet could a trigger set up this method? Ok it would be based on immolation with exceptions: -Targeting changed from enemy to ally (object editing) -Modded Crap (tool tips icon useless crap) Then this is where triggering comes in: Conditions "Bard spell 1 active" "Bard spell 2 active" Action Cancel "Bard Spell 1 & 2" Thus they must keep 1 on, and gain one of it's effects, giving it the effect they are more realistically playing the spell. Then dupe the triggers for other spells like 1&3, 2&3, yea... |

y not base them off replensish, replenish mana, and replenish health, theres 3 right there and couldn't u find out who was effected by those abilities then go and do your triggs? like isn't there an event action like effect by spell? |

*Discover* Replenish, Relpishmana, or Replenish Health will follow out the rules of: -Singing only one spell at a time -Good effects -Autocast However they fail to function: -The actual spell's ability etc bonus speed, bonus regen rate, bonus mana regen rate.... Anyone know how to fix that or got a new idea? |

Trigger enhanced? Or have an invisible unit cast a speed increase / damage increase whatever on the 'Casting unit' |

then do my other alternative . . . invisible unit in far corner of map that casts a spell that gives you all the bonuses and have it cast it when your unit casts the channeling ability. |
