Ok well everytime i make a skin, when i try to load it up into WC Image Extractor, it HaTeS me and does this

I think this happens when the source file isn't in 32 bit color, but in 24 bit or something like that. Try saving it in 32 bit instead and see if that solves it..

PSP won't save in 32; I think you need photoshop to do that. If you are using PSP, use Image Extractor II to convert.
