Opening Campaigns

There are a couple campaigns I would like to open, such as Dark One's Campaign (only for educational uses, I swear!). How do I open one? When I open the campaign by double clicking it, the Campaign Editor pops up. How do I open these certain maps?

In the campaign editor, right-click the map in question and hit "Edit Map"
