Yo, Heres my main the ideea: So you start off in an outpost (gram'ork's outposts) an it goes into a lil cinematic bout the evil that spreads from the north (i use to have it done then my sis closed it without savin, so it wont be in, sorry) then you go north together with your lil friends tha are playin with ya, then it goes into an open rpg, there'll be a nation in the middle (i didnt make it yet) where you can buy stuff. The main ideea of the map is that you can buy oupotst, ther'll be about 13-15 of em, when you buy an outpost you'll be able to make an army, all the outposts will have stats, tha i'll arange like this (you'll find em out at some merchant): Tech: Horrible, Poor,Satisfactory,great, or unbelivable (or somethin along those lines) Attack: (same levels as above) Defence: (same levels as above) Food: a nuber ranging between 100 and 300 Cost : how much you have to pay for it! Tech is like how much the oupost can upgrade and build, if its at poor, or horrible, you'll only be able to build approx one unit buildin stucture, you wont have eny air, ect. Attack is how much damage your units do, if you got a high attack an low tech you wont be able to make meny units but they'll be strong. Defence is the location and pathing, if ppl can get in through both sides, or the entrace is big enough for an army to fit into your outpost at once it'll have low defence, an the quality of your towers is low (in damage an hp), it'll also bring it down Food is how big of an army can you sustain. Cost is how much money you will need to buy it (this depense entirely on stats) I made 2 outpost so far; the dwarven outpost of fogard, and the elven oupost of Inonel The dwarves have huge tech, high defence but very poor attack, they will cost alot (like 1k or more). The eleves have high attck low tech an ok defence, the will be one of the cheaper outposts. I only worked on it for 4-5 days, so i cant post it up yet, sorry. I'm now Working on a new outpost; the Ice troll outopst of Shahha-zahn!! If you have eny ideeas for new outposts pls post your idea, it would be a great help! |

looks like a very good map. for some ideas 1ce, i would open the editor and look at the creeps and see witch ones could fit into this map. i would try putting furbolgs, trolls(forest, frost, shadow & island), and nubarins(sp). for the trolls have one good in tech, one good in offence, etc. furbolg could have good off & def but low tech. and nubarians high food & def but low tech & off. |

im gonna have to say no to cinematics unless individuals can cancel it without ruining it for everyone else. Sometimes ppl wanna see em if its the first time they played etc.. But most of the time it causes lag |

Got an idea.... u should make so when an outpost has been bought... there comes a Outpost leader... and if somone kills him they take over the outpost... and so on... then u fight the outposts.. |
