open wc3 image extractor, open war3.mpq, go to textures/frostmourne.blp extract it, open in photoshop, and use the eraser tool to erase it all, use wc3viewer to convert it to a .blp and import.
That wouldn't work... you'd need to change the alpha channel. Do what he said but instead of making it black, go to Channel-->Alpha Channel and make everything 100%; it's show up as red. Then import it into your map under the same name (Textures/Frostmourne); if you need help importing just look around in the tutorials section, I think there's one.
Good good that modle is good enuf, gimme the link to dl it and the path and all that crap i have to change. But if you have a modle or skin thats edited more on the armor that would be even better. But this is good enough.
Just in case you don't know, you can import models to any location, so you don't have to override older ones (of course, you can if you really want to)... skins are the only things you must import to a specific path. Then just make sure you put the model path for a custom unit (or just edit Arthas unit) to the one you imported.
