New Spell (Fiery Hell)

I need to know how to create a spell, which i call fiery hell.
It will be similiar to reign of fire, but i want to pump TONS of FIRE! into that spell. For the AE area i want reign of fire, flamestrike, and maybe even summon inferno, all going at the same time. Then when a unit enters i want him to be ignited with tons of fire.

How could i do this? I tried simple object editing and it won't work....

Edit reign of fire buff

Edit reign of ground burning fire buff
Change target unit art to add a few more types of fire.

Use a trigger to create an invisible dummy unit with the inferno spell and make it appear and cast inferno when the spell is cast.

There is a SFX that has the inferno effect. its under Abilities: Inferno <Effect>

You can make a unit and make the model the Inferno <Effect> under the abilities tab.

Be sure to delete it after, because it's still there, even though it doesn't loop. Less lag, you see. :ggani: :D I like fire, this is likely to be a good spell.

Doesn't work correctly, blizzard's scripting of the actual spell is screwy, i tried what you said all i could get was a 1 second breath of flame in the center of the reign of fire.....

Theres a burning buff somewhere, shared with burning oil. Change it, itll change the fire that is attached to units caught in reign of fire.
