Newbie needs help

Question 1: I can't figure out what button rotates the map to save my life. If somebody can help me, I'll be pretty happy. Right now, I'm just trying to design the look of it. I'm having trouble looking around objects.

Question 2: Is it possible to use rock archways out of mountains?

1. the insert button and delete button on your key board for INGAME rotations, hold control to rotate and stuff, the middle mouse button to zoom in/out for the World Editor

2. probably not
