how do u make things invisible in skins?

heh. well, i need some help making things invisible in photo shop. pls dont flame. im just a poor nooblar pro skinner :(

i think he was asking how to make transparencies...

but making stuff invisible is much easier in photoshop.... just click on the "channels" thing, select alpha, and color everything you dont want black.

i dont think it works when you make it transparent though.... bmp's at least just turn them white.
