Detecting circle of power under any unit

How would I detect if a circle of power was created within 128 of any unit?

E: Unit enters map
C: Entering unit = Circle of Power
A: Unit group - Pick every unit within 128 of entering unit
If Unit count of Last created Unit Group > 1
Then do whatever you want to do to them.
