Different locations and fonts for transmissions?

Is it possible to use a different font for transmissions during the game?
Make the transmissions in a different location( mid screen rather than bottom left)?

You can't use different fonts but you can change the text position by using the function DisplayTimedTextToPlayer (which you will find in UMSWE)
