Sir Lothar of the Riddar

This is my skin based off a friend of mines character in Dungeons and Dragons, later if i can get ahold of him i could post a history (which i know is about 3 pages long)

Anyway, i really need some suggestions on this guy, the sword n book will be changed later

well... why don´t you begin with leather boots and gauntlets ?

yes i relize that its quite plain, but atleast its much better then my other skins...

and it needs major help, why else would i post it here?

where should i really work on for shading?

(n white horn dun say everywhere cause i know your going to say it ^_^, i'm talking about what needs bad help)

Is it leather armor or just plain clothes?
Either way it looks bad right now. If its clothes, then you need to add folds and wrinkles in it, maybe a partially transparent texture for good measure.

If its leather, then it should almost be skined like armor except with more distortion and less shine.

Tip, use reference pics to see what things look like. Don't ask people what you should do with a skin. You are making a skin for a purpose, people will comment on ways to tweak it.

Edit: I'm going to redo this skin because of two things

1)I have been givin some false info for the character (in fact he only wears studded leather, BUT he has some sort of Nazi outfit on.... and jakc boots ....)

2)obviously it suckss
