Usually, maps are protected for a reason. I'm sure if you ask the creator, he'll tell you about the trigger you need to know. If you can't get him, ask the community here.

About protecting maps, there are a number of protectors out there, if you search around for them, I'm sure you'll find them.

How many times must people ask this? I want to unprotect the map so i can do a shitty copy of it and release it to the pupblic, yes if you dont protect your map then it wont be as widely spread but honestly what would you want most, 3500 games with shitty copies or 500 with the REAL map that is good and bugfree and also free from monsters called flying lesbian and such.

Milkman, not called for. A simple 'No' would have sufficed.

We don't help people unprotect maps for the reasons stated by Eriond.
To protect a map, use BlacKDicK's Heavy Locker, which you can find here.

Have fun!
