"AoW" -Aeon- Official Hero Suggestions

Im am currently working on a new Aeon called "Age of War", that name is also for my guild so when the guild is set up we have a map to promote with it.

This thread will be to give hero and spell suggestions.

There are 2 races in this Aeon: Elf and Oni

--- Elf ---

The elf race is made up of units weilding spells of nature, spirit and heal.
Some abilities are taken from the moon, water and others.
Elf spells should be based on this concept.

--- Oni ---

The oni race is made up of units weilding spells of death, ghost and Necromancy. Some abilities are taken from the undead, fire, death and more. Oni spells should be based on this concept.

If you have a hero idea, find a suitable skin for it, and maybe some suitable icons to go with the spells.

My first hero:

Name: Vanagaer
Race: Elf
Gender: Male
Class: Omni Legionnaire (Hero)

Skin: New Model - Or Spellbreaker (Original)
Model: New Model - Or Spellbreaker

Statistics:
Primary Statistic: Agility
Starting Statistics:
16 STR - 1.7 per lvl
22 AGI - 2.5 per lvl
19 INT - 1.7 per lvl
Attack [ Hero, Range(100), Speed(1.25) ]

Omni Strike -
[Stats: Command Strike, 3 Levels, Lasts 10 seconds ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 125,125,125 - 25,25,25 ]
Moving at incredible speeds, the hero rushes at an enemy unit and slashing at its throat with his Celestial Blade, dealing damage to the target. The Celestial energy runs through the enemies veins, also comsuming health over time (PS)

Level 1 - 100 damage, 10 damage a second.
Level 2 - 150 damage, 15 damage a second, 5% speed reduction.
Level 3 - 200 damage, 20 damage a second, 5% speed reduction, 5% attack reduction.

Plate Enchantment -
[Stats: Passive, 3 Levels ]
[Mana, Cooldown: Passive ]
By learning the ways of the elven smithery, he enchants his steel plates, with elven runes, symbols, and magic. This elven magicery imbues the armor with a spell shield which reduces the damage taken from melee attacks (MD).

Level 1 - 5 reduce MD.
Level 2 - 10 reduce MD.
Level 3 - 15 reduce MD.

Celestial Aura -
[Stats: Aura, 3 Levels ]
[Mana, Cooldown: Passive ]
Calling upon the celestial energies of the moon and heavens, the Celestial energy causes allied units health to regain at an considerable rate (HR), while substantially increasing their movement speed (MS).

Level 1 - 50% increased HR, 10% increased MS.
Level 2 - 100% increased HR, 20% increased MS.
Level 3 - 150% increased HR, 30% increased MS.

Legion Battle Chant -
[Stats: Ultimate, Charge, 1 Level, Lasts 30 seconds ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 200, 45 ]
During the heat of battle, the Legionnaire releases a chant of strengthening words, which delivers a magical blow to himself temporarily boosting damage by 25%, health regeneration by 150% and armor by 15.

Level 1 - 25% damage increase, 15 armor, health regenerate by 150%.

12 AGI - 1.5 per lvl
17 INT - 1.8 per lvl
Attack [ Hero, Range(100), Speed(2.3) ]

Mana Burn -
[Stats: Command Strike, 3 Levels ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 75,75,75 - 15,15,15 ]
Sends a bolt of negative energy that burns a target enemy unit's mana. Burned mana combusts, dealing damage to the target equal to the amount of mana burned.

Level 1 - 100 burned mana
Level 2 - 200 burned mana
Level 3 - 300 burned mana.

Ferocity -
[Stats: Buff, 3 Levels, Lasts 20 seconds ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 90,90,90 - 30,30,30 ]
Goes into a ferocious intense frenzy which temporarily boosts his fighting capabilities by increasing movement and attack speed for 20 seconds.

Level 1 - 15% attack, 10% movement increase.
Level 2 - 30% attack, 20% movement increase.
Level 3 - 45% attack, 30% movement increase.

Tenacity Aura -
[Stats: Aura, 3 Levels ]
[Mana, Cooldown: Passive ]
With such hatred and strength, the Vindicator creates a barrier which repels and reduces the mana regeneration of enemy units.

Level 1 - 50% mana reduction.
Level 2 - 125% mana reduction.
Level 3 - 200% mana reduction.

Vindicate -
[Stats: Ultimate, Charge, 1 Level, Lasts 20 seconds ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 200, 40 ]
Allows the Vindicator to take out its biggest hatred against mages and spellcasters by temporarily shifting into invisibility and gaining 10% movement speed increase. While invisible the Vindicator can release an attack on an enemy dealing 200 damage, but breaking the invisibility. Lasts 20 seconds.

Level 1 - Invisibility, 200 damage on break. 10% Move increase.

well first of all, make that DH agility or he'll be overpowered in later lavels, considering that he'll have too much HP. he reminds me of dotas mageslayer.

i c u made two assasins? quite nice... but i always prefer to play tank units. (fav custom hero of all time: jimme the corpse king... god hes the ulimate tank... unbeatable with dagger of escape =P)

how many heros will each side feature? cuz well.. at the moment i am making a dota mod (link in sig), that goes back to the old dota roots. none of that dota chaos nonsense of slowing towers, summoning towers, silly heros and overpower abilities... no more wacky items... we bring dota back to dota classic, adjusting somke heros, totally rebuilding most heros, and add some extra (original) heros, so all ideas i have at the moment are preserved for my own project, i am however, willing to share some blunt ideas with you...

BUT.. i have no spare ideas... all the ideas i have right now stay reserved for my own project lol, but as soon as i think of sumthin, i be sure to notify u.

How will de level design be?
What kind of units will spawn?

All post all the ideas i get here.
My talents: (well, talents i think i have) i can balance, make abilitys, i can trigger a little, i can terrain, and got lots of fantasy :P

(BTW, im working on that dota mod 2)

6-8 Heros on each side, each hero will control a type of energy or element... like all others, some will control fire, some moon and so on and so forth.

list is as follows:

2 - Tanks ( Alot of health and damage, but slow move and attack )
2 - Support / Casters ( Healing and buff spells, low health + range )
2 - Assassins ( Frontline fighters, high damage, low health, fast attack and movement )
2 - All around ( a mix of all others )

Level desgin is 3-4 paths to enemies base ( some hidden paths to faster combat )

Units depend on how many kills the base has ( example:

The elf will spawn at the beginning like this: ( No names for units yet )
3 - Elf Warriors
2 - Elf Mage

- and at 500 kills they upgrade spawn to -

3 - Elf Warriors
2 - Elf Mage
2 - Elf Warrior/Mage

- and so on -

also im doing this myself, all i need is suggestions from people. Thanks anyways.

and two to be added as chosen

right?

and what u ahve now seems like 2 assasins to me, one for each side, correct?

maybe u should add at least one offencive caster each side, u know, with stuff like blizz, stun, phat sommons... just things that deal damage.

ive finished another hero for the oni race... another assassin/spellcaster...

Gives all fallen units on the battlefield an afterlife in the realworld, by fighting for the Enforcer. Summoned units last 40 seconds.

Level 1 - Revives 2 units.
Level 2 - Revives 4 units.
Level 3 - Revives 6 units.

Spirit Force -
[Stats: AOE Life Steal, 3 Levels, Lasts 30 seconds ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 150,150,150 - 60,60,60 ]
Calls upon the spirits of the fallen which swarm around the Enforcer, sucking the life force from enemy units and returning it to the enforcer. Lasts 30 seconds.

Level 1 - Summons 2 spirits.
Level 2 - Summons 4 spirits.
Level 3 - Summons 6 spirits.

Talon Mastery -
[Stats: Passive, 3 Levels ]
[Mana, Cooldown: Passive ]
With his mighty talons, the Enforcer strikes with such strength that he is able to deal more damage on attacks.

Level 1 - 15% to deal 2x damage.
Level 2 - 15% to deal 3x damage.
Level 3 - 15% to deal 4x damage.

Recondition -
[Stats: Ultimate, Autocast, Summon, 1 Level, Lasts 30 seconds ]
[Mana, Cooldown: 175, 20 ]
Calls forth from the ground, the dead over thousands of years. Summons 10 dark minions into existence from the remains of a corpse. Lasts 30 seconds.

Level 1 - Summons 10 Dark Minions from a corpse. Lasts 30 seconds.

allright, i dont get spirit force... it sais in the discription that its carrion swarm, but without dealing damage. the the levl discription sais something about attack and movement increase? that cant be right...
and i would make the cooldown of his utimate a lot longer... or the minions really weak, but that can get annoying cuz u'll have all these minions around u to block your way and the others their ways... (think DotA: necro and wraith in same lane with sommones... >.<)

me likes the this hero. would be fun to play. dunt forget to give sommons a bounty award!!

and err.. talon mastery?.. u knwo that a talon is a birds claw right? i'd call it claw mastery if i was u... just sounds weird on a UD (or something like that) hero... there being a druid of the talon in WCIII... but maybe its just me.. who knows..

I used the template from the Mages spell description and changed in text, and missed that part... its changed now.

Also the minions have about 220 health.. so they can die pretty fast if they have an aoe spell.

well i searched for a word that means claw... and it came up with talon... if i can find a better word for a wrist claw or something.
