I'm assuming that you have The Frozen Throne. It's pretty simple to import skins. First of all, load up your map, and go onto the import manager (It's a green arrow on a white box, next to the object editing button). Now, go and import your skin. Double click on the file that you imported, and a box pops up. Click on the check mark that allows custom paths, and then type in the path of the skin. If you don't know the path, ask the maker of the skin, but it is probably included with the readme. If you don't have the Frozen Throne, then you're going to have to open up your map with WinMPQ, and import the skin there. The problem is that whenever you open your map with the World Editor, you lose the skin(s). |

it didn`t work. All I got were the unit`s shadows when I played the game. I`ll tell you what I did step by step so that you can tell me what I did wrong. I went in the import manager and I imported my skin. There already was something written on it: Quote:
Then I clicked on the check box and I wrote down the skin`s path that came in the readme: Quote:
Then I went in the Object editor into the unit editor. I selected the Grunt and I then I clicked on: Quote:
Grunt, Gar`Thok So I deleted it and I wrote the skin`s path that came with the readme and then I tested the map. but when I played the map all I could see was there shadwos and i couldn`t click on them either. |

You changed the model's path to the skin path, that's what you did wrong. You have to change the model's path to whatever model you're using. |
